North Park Nook serves as a testament to our ability to thoughtfully expand a single-family residential lot in accordance with San Diego's bonus ADU program. Our design seamlessly integrates with the neighborhood's existing Craftsman-style architecture. While parking is not mandatory, we make a concerted effort to discreetly offer at least one parking space per unit. Furthermore, provisions for motorcycle parking and residential storage are implemented without burdening the neighborhood's already limited resources. In addition, by ensuring proper waste management facilities and services, our project avoids becoming a detriment to our neighbors and helps maintain the neighborhood's distinctive character.  We can substantially contribute to alleviating San Diego's housing shortage while being responsible neighbors.
