Our Mission

ArchiDev Studio is a San Diego-based architecture and entitlement strategy firm specializing in density bonus law, ADU bonus programs, transit-oriented development, and multifamily housing.

We partner with developers to navigate complex zoning, overlays, and discretionary pathways — protecting timelines, maximizing feasible yield, and reducing entitlement risk in one of California’s most procedurally layered markets.

But our work goes beyond entitlement approvals.

We believe San Diego’s long-term strength depends on housing accessibility — where families, essential workers, entrepreneurs, and diverse communities can build stability and generational opportunity. By aligning pro forma discipline with human-centered design, we create housing that pencils financially and contributes to thriving neighborhoods.
